Shipping Policy

We want your poster to arrive safely and without surprises. This page explains how shipping works for orders placed through redacted.

Processing and delivery

Posters are produced for your order. Available delivery methods, charges and the current estimated delivery window are shown at checkout before payment. Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees and can be affected by carrier delays, holidays, customs or severe weather.

Tracking

When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address used for the order. Tracking can take time to update after a shipping label is created.

Check your address

Please review your delivery address before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible with your order number. We cannot promise that an address can be changed after production or shipment has begun.

International orders

Shipping availability and pricing depend on the destination shown at checkout. Import duties, taxes or brokerage charges may be collected by the destination country or carrier and are the customer's responsibility unless checkout states otherwise.

Damage, loss or delivery issues

If an order arrives damaged or appears to be lost, contact us promptly with your order number. For damage, include clear photos of the item and packaging so we can investigate. Please also review our returns and refund policy.
