Refund policy

30-day returns

You have 30 days after delivery to request a return. Prints and frames are eligible, including sale items, if they are unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. Keep your order confirmation as proof of purchase.

To start a return, email shopatredacted@gmail.com with your order number. Please wait for return instructions before sending anything back. For a change-of-mind return, you arrange and pay for return shipping. We recommend a tracked service; the item remains your responsibility until it reaches us.

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you on a replacement or refund and cover any return shipping we request for that issue. This does not limit your statutory rights.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will confirm whether it qualifies. Approved refunds go to the original payment method within 10 business days; your bank may take additional time to post the funds. If more than 15 business days have passed after our approval, contact shopatredacted@gmail.com.

Customers in the European Union retain their applicable 14-day withdrawal rights. Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
